How do you bring the sacred into everyday life?
Appreciate it. Appreciate the moment.
Know that even the difficult moments are an opportunity to learn. The difficult times are perfectly designed to you personally. It is the blueprint of what you need to learn. It’s like a specialized GPS road map for your growth to embrace even more of who you are.
Ashrams are the place where you commune; with the Divine, with your Spirit, with God. They are a place to practice living graciously. They are a place to slow down and strengthen your connection to yourself in a supportive community.
When you live in your Truth, it doesn’t turn off when you change locations. It’s like playing in the big leagues when you can bring your Ashram into the world. Of course, you need to protect your vulnerable Self but living as though the world is your greater community, changes how you see things. It’s more connected to each living person. And aren’t we all One anyway?
Whatever you are afraid of in the world is what you need to look at. For Fear can only survive if it is left in the shadows, tucked away until it must be looked at. In the meantime, you lose piles of life energy pushing fear away. It’s much easier to just take a look at it. Breathe.
There are tons of ways to bring the sacred into everyday actions, I teach over 100!
Let life be your holy playground today.
And let me know if you’ve experienced this personally.
