Acroyoga is a mix of yoga and basic acrobatics.
No experience is necessary to start learning about this life-changing practice.
You will find that the principles of Acroyoga such as, stacking bones and your body in space will change how you approach your body and, other sports.
A big part of Acroyoga is playing, exploring and communicating with others.
Difficult partnering will be broken down so that you will surprise yourself.
We’ll round out the workshops with relaxing Thai massage.
The only way to know if you’re an Acro-monkey is to come try it!
