© Cloe AignerThank you for teaching me your art and coming on the journey with me.

In four weeks, I didn’t always want to but you required me to show up everyday for morning practice and demonstrated the power of commitment, determination and dedication. You also demonstrated the power, of a fit body and clear mind.

All I can say is: Core, baby!

You attracted all the colourful people I like to be around and made me feel welcome and accepted.

When things got tough, you encouraged me to go for it, making me believe I could do it, and… I did do it!

You made me laugh with your commentary on life and remember that we’re in this together. “Ri-iight!!” ~Jesse

Because in life you gotta play to keep your spirit alive!

You let me see your radiant light and sometimes your shadow.

You taught me the building blocks for how to create my own acro moves and all the amazing possibilities from which you can be inspired. Just like you when you created Acroyoga!

Eug, thanks for bringing the B-boy, the music and mostly, the yogi to the practice.

Jesse, your keen observation of the special qualities in others told me you saw the best in us while keeping it real.

Each of us in some way was brought to our knees when life’s difficulties collided into our holy time together. And that was a part of our training this round. (Love you Jill)

And during those times, we all had to find a bigger part of ourselves to carry on.

We each taught something to one another and we were each other’s student.

Thank you Heidi for your grace in movement.

When the day ended, we sometimes found each other to play, to laugh, to cry, to be together a little longer. (The pool was awesome, thanks super-host Mac)

You gave me loving care when I needed it. (Lulu, love your artistry in thai massage)

You inspired me with your love of Acroyoga, your story and your life! (that’s for Everyone- yes, YOU)

We all are changed in some way from having known each other and I’m grateful for what I learned.

In your words, Eug:

Let my heart turn to practice

Let my practice become a path

Let this path dissolve confusion

Let confusion become wisdom

And may our asses have got thoroughly kicked but also, patted for a job well done!

"What makes the course unique is that one feels this knowledge in their bones. You feel a deep resonance of inner knowingness that has always been there but has never been acknowledged before."
~Miranda T., Edmonton AB

“It taught me how simple it is to go back to loving yourself, with many easy techniques that take just 5 seconds to center you in your body. I am still benefiting every day from the simple, practical ways of unfolding into your own grace and assertiveness.”

Me… so far

© Cloe AignerJust like my grandfather who told his stories from India, I love telling stories that help us to see and understand ourselves. I'm working on creating peace on the planet by working on both our inner and outer worlds. As Carl Jung put it: "As within, so without". Or as Maharishi said “If you accomplish something at the gross and sacrifice the subtle, what have you accomplished?”
I'm no guru and I don't have all the answers. I make mistakes and I think that makes me a better teacher. The insights and tools that I offer are like a roadmap for the grounded spiritual seeker and they help to give clarity and understanding for your experiences. Together, we'll keep it real with heart, humility and laughter. Read More About my Journey...
